Hand spliced cue with Maple shaft and Ebony butt with additional front facing Maple splice over brown & white veneers.

He's been able to identify the cue from the original decal/transfer on the cue shaft.
Which reads:
'The Asbestos & Rubber Co. Ltd.,' who were based at 24 King Edward Street, Hull
Possibly a rubber company supplying cushion rubbers.
